Now to package all your memories safely and send them to us.

Once your order has been processed you’ll receive an email confirmation; as well as an order breakdown, this will include a unique order number.

Gather your photos, slides, cassettes, cards, USBs, phones and tablets ready to package for posting. If you’re ordering a number of transfers, make sure each tape is clearly labelled with the title you’ve used in the order.

One more thing!

Before you seal your items, please include a print of your order in the box/envelope, (If you don’t have access to a printer please just write your name, address and order number onto a piece of paper).

Now you’re ready to send them to be ‘digitised’

Post them to Memories 2 Disc, 17 Delius Crescent, Exeter, EX2 5QZ.
Or if you live locally and want to drop them off, please call 01392 490472 to arrange a drop of time that suits both of us.

Sit back and relax…

Time to put your feet up and rest, the whole process takes between 2 – 3 weeks, so it wont be long until you’re walking down memory lane again. We’ll send emails to let you know the progress of your order and you can review your order and read any notes in your account page. (Your username and password will be sent to you shortly after we receive your first order.)
